2:25pm, addressing that she had an unfavorable experience with our product (please see the second attachment.) The email was issued under [redacted] ([redacted].) This product was packed at our Edwardsville, Kansas facility, noted from the code provided by the customer: [redacted] -        When we received her product quality issue, we responded back to her at 3:32 pm on the same day, recognizing the importance of the customer’s concern and requesting a possible ‘retrieval’ of the product. (please see the third attachment.) We offered all the shipping cost in retrieving the left-over product, and requested her assistance in the process. -        The next day, we checked whether the customer responded back to our request (fourth attachment.) -        In the meantime, we asked Edwardsville QC manager to review our production record to investigate if there were any product quality issues being reported during packaging this Lot of product (fifth attachment.) Although we appreciate our customers’ notification and their specific request, it is our standardized procedure asking additional product information because we cannot automatically refund every customer who claims there were product quality issues. Since she provided the Lot code initially, we will contact her back to resolve this incident to her satisfaction.Please let me know if you have more questions or concerns. Thank you. [redacted]Director, Food Safety & QASunrise [redacted], A [redacted] Company
