Sunrise Energy Services, Incorporated

I have used Sunrise for many years and they have always gone above and beyond expectations for their service. We ran out of oil on a Saturday 2 years ago during a frigid storm and Eric came out within an hour to fill us up. They always have the best price and I have had many issues with other oil companies before finding Sunrise. I'm a customer for life.

I ordered oil from this company a couple times because I got a coupon in the mail from them. The last time I ordered online and never received my oil but was still charged. After a week I attempted to contact the company but the phone number was out of service. I found a different phone number and left a message explaining that I was charged but didn't receive the oil. Never heard back. Luckily I have a great bank and was able to successfully dispute the charge (would have been out about $400). The times before when I did receive the oil, I spoke with a woman over the phone who was very rude and told me I couldn't use a credit card to pay even though I had in the past. They wanted me to tape a check on my front door for them. I hope I save at east someone from having to go through the stresses of dealing with this company by writing this review.
