I am rejecting this response because:
I have the bird spikesI just wanted them put back onIf I did say you could take them down my intent was they could put up replacementsThats itBut to pay sunrise to put them up again seems not like something I knew or agreed uponNow there is bird poop on my houseIm not trying cause problemIm trying to get my spikes replaced.

***, told my guys to remove the bird spike when we were prepping the house, because she din't want it there no more, so we told her ok will remove for you, and all this work was extra with out cost, and now she writing stuff about our company the is not true, I know all this was
verbally talk and I don't have prove of it, but I keep my word or promise when I say something, we run our been base on trust and honestand like told *** if she will buy the bird spike will put it back and she not

If she has the spikes, I will put them back on the houseI can do that at the end of the monthPlease let me know it that time frame works
