As of 10/10/2017, Dr [redacted] and I had exchanged a couple of emails regarding this matter and he also told me that they had the refund check in hand I also told him that I had no control over how this was handled and apologized to him again that his family had gone through this

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, I would never recommend this company to another individual.   I had to remind the business, Julius the owner, multiple times about the refund he promised me.   I called him no less than 6 times over the course of 2 months to remind him and frankly, it was so difficult dealing with him it made me very irate.   He even threatened to sue me after I posted some negative comments, all of which were true.   I told him "I don't think you can be successful in suing someone who is telling the truth".    Julius the owner and this company are disorganized and frankly, extremely difficult to deal with.   Julius repeatedly gave me inaccurate answers and false information.  I do accept the resolution and the refund has been received.   However, I still have to add that I would not recommend this company to anyone having gone through what my family went through.    [redacted], **
