Review: I bought a Pontiac Grand Prix, which was a lemon it had a broken gasket right after I bought the car in a week. I had a warranty since it wasn't 30 days and they fixed it at Hudson Pontiac on [redacted] on [redacted]. I had gave them back the car in [redacted], New York on Route ** where I bought it and they weren't even their anymore in business. I did pay my car payments, but I gave the car back before 30 days. Now they have garnished my wages and has charged me for a car I gave back before 30 days for a notice I didn't receive. Now, I have paid them for a garnishment for 17,000.00. Because that's with interest I tried to call them and left a message to resolve the issue. I did sign a contract I'm not denying that but as I look at the contract the VIN number isn't even for the car I was buying. I can't believe this. Fair is fair... I paid and they still say I owe more money. They need to stop garnishing my wages or I have to file a judicial intervention.Desired Settlement: Have whoever to execute the judgment to be paid in full. To stop it already. Enough is enough. I only complied because I signed the contact as a faithful person.
