I was promised a release of liens for my roof installation. This company seems to use only subcontractors and I was foolish enough to pay the invoice in full without the release of liens.
The salesman amongst other lies promised that I would get that and after many repeated request, we are still waiting. This seems like a small request to keep a customer happy.
