Review: March **, 2014Re: bad gasoline---water based gas that I purchased from a Sunoco gas station d/b/a Sunoco Mini Mart located on[redacted] ###-###-####To Whom It May Concern:I want to inform you that I purchased gasoline from a Sunoco retail gas station located on [redacted] for 2 of my cars . The Sunoco gas was mixed with water. Thus, it caused damage to both of my vehicles. I have since repaired both of my vehicles which cost me the sum of $1,819.04.On February **, 2014 I contacted the owner of the Sunoco gas station but he is avoiding me. On 03/**/2014 (6:50 pm) I had my friend personally serve a copy of each repair bill showing the total for the repairs of both of my vehicles, and till this very day I have not yet to receive an answer. The owner cannot say he was never informed because he was at least a couple of times. That is why I am making this last good-faith effort before I file a small claims action in a court of law that jurisdiction in this case. Before I go into court I am giving one final NOTICE that I will file a formal complaint against the owner of this Sunoco gas station with the [redacted], Sunoco, and the Consumer Protection of Yonkers. I hope that the owner of this Sunoco gas station will do the right thing and reimburse me for my damages or at the very least contact me so that we can discuss this matter in detail.Desired Settlement: Reimburse me the cost of the repair of both of my cars, which comes to $ 1,819.04 plus the cost of the gas mixed with water ($65.00) that was sold to me. The grand total comes to $1,884.04.
