11/19/2015Referring to this complaint, please note the facts as reported by our attendants on duty at that time.Customer paid $ for candies and $worth of gas by cardAttached is a copy of receiptHighlighted caption reads "CARD NOT CHARGED UNTIL SALE COMPLETE ".After beginning to
pump gas, the customer left the nozzle unattended, to go to the restroomAlthough every Dispenser has decals to alert Customers not to leave the pump unattendedOn her return, the nozzle had clicked off.Once the pump shuts off, the credit card is charged for the amount dispensed and the pump will not dispense any more gasThis is exactly what happenedAttached is copy of Final ReceiptShe was charged for gallons at $Amount $at candies totaling $ 11.68.Her phone app, which belongs to her bank, gave her wrong information that we got her moneyBanks hold their customers money and that's where she should complain.Customer wanted more gasShe wanted her money backShe yelledShe cursedHer behavior shocked other customersShe would listen to no reasoning and left only when she was threatened that we would have to call the cops.We are a team, running a chain of Sunoco Gas Station since and have never been through such an experience of bad behavior by a customer.Any questions, feel free to correspond.RegardsHarry P

consumer selected a higher grade which resulted in a higher price.The owner said the consumer did not select the Regular Grade/
