I would never step foot back in this shopJohn was cold and short with meThis was the worst costumer service I have received in a long timeParts for my car were supposed to be over nighted to the shopI called the next day around 1pm and got voicemail which I left a message and never heard backI called again and John said he would look for my parts and call me right back and he never didI finally went to the shop and John and another worker were sitting in the lobby with their feet up and on the cell phonesHe at that point advised me he didn't have my partsI wasted an entire day on something they could have simply called me aboutI left in tearsHorrible way to treat customers
