Ms. [redacted] came to the Carwash on Feb/9./2016 and ordered the Diamond package. After the first wash, she complained about the spotting on her car and request for second wash, we did wash her and she compliant again that spotting still is...

there, we washed her car for third car and dried her car all three times but she wasn't happy about that. We spent times more that she paid for and had to pay overtime to the employees to do her car. The spotting Was Not from the wash or wax, it's from Garden's sprinklers in which she parked for a period of time and cleaning those spotting takes more time and skills and doesn't include the package she paid for. We care about customers and their satisfactions are main priority, therefore, we offered here to go the nearby Carwash with our carwash manager and if the approved that the spotting is from wash or wax, then we will refund the amount paid but she refused to go there! She had different compliant in her previous visit to our Carwash! I the Carwash owner never get physically to any of my customers including her and J always keep my distance from my customers. In fact, she was yelling to my employees who didn't speak English and made them upset, the other customers also got upset of her behavior toward the employees, We do about 4,000 cars a month and never have this kind of complaint, we love our customers and always treat them the best.

The owner did get in my face. I do not park my car near sprinkers. I was told the spOtsego sew from the wax.
