Unfinished in ventnor
Sunnymac never finished the final stuff to hook solar system to the grid, 6 months, 2 payments, ad system is not turned on, tried calling, tried email, tried live operator, no response from sunnymac, called sunnova, they said sunnymac left job incomplete , still no response, will leave bad reviews until complete

So much misinformation It was hard to pull out any truth.
The company started off by being 35 minutes late, with no call, for the first meeting. When the agent arrived and stated talking he immediately started giving me conflicting and impossible financial information. When the agent could see from the expression on my face I was doubtful, he tried backpedaling but really just dug a deeper hole. After a bit he called his boss to talk to me and the boss was filled with conflicting info also. I asked for the information to be but into a contract so I could go over the facts and finally convinced them to do that. Well, the contract was quite different than the discussion especially relating to payoff terms. To make a long story short the agent and managers told me the payoff period would be about 12 years including a new roof but when I did the numbers it worked out to about 28 years. When I mentioned this a “big salesperson” called and tried to convince me that it was not by skewing all sorts of information but when he realized I was following all the BS he gave up and told me he would call me back with a different program. He never did. It’s really simple math, you need three things. What you would have paid – what you are estimated to pay – and what it cost to start. In my opinion this company just tried to confuse me about the 25-year loan and what percentage less the electricity would cost and what government programs would kick-in. Because the solar panels where producing only about 27 percent of my total electric cost my monthly payment was greater for 25 years than without the panels. So, the breakeven point was about 28 years. They tried many tricks; one was to insinuate that I would be producing 100 percent my electrical needs with the panels and that would have made the breakeven point about 14 years. They tried this until it was apparent I was not stupid and then they move on to someone else.

Review: [redacted] has not stood behind his warranty on the micro inverters he installed. He will not return phone calls or emails.Desired Settlement: He installed faulty inverters and replaced some of them, but now has stopped taking care of this issue which was clearly covered in the warranty.
