Sunny State Outdoors

I have received a new BCG from a third party and not Sunny State OutdoorsI assumed it was sent to my by their suppliersAs of this time, I have not been able to take it to the range and test itI find that Sunny State Outdoors customer is VERY lackingThey did/said nothing to respond to the fact that I made trips to the range with a useless rifle, costing me time, frustration and moneyA simple sorry here's a good BCG and t-shirt or a discount on your next purchase goes a long way in my bookAs does a quick responseThinking next time, I will take my business somewhere else

Customer received an Alpha bcg that was out of spec. We first replaced the firing pin and when that didn't fix the issue we contacted Alpha warranty and they sent out a replacement bcg to the customer.

They did/said nothing to respond to the fact that I made 2 trips to the range with a useless rifle, costing me time, frustration and money. A simple sorry here's a good BCG and t-shirt or a discount on your next purchase goes a long way in my book. As does a quick response. Thinking next time, I will take my business somewhere else.
