Review: I contacted sunnysports.com on 6/** to purchase a tent (ORDER #[redacted]). Their site advertised they will match any price AND beat it by 10%. I contacted them on the [redacted] with a request to match the price of $237.62 to match another website. To beat that price by 10% should be a charge of $213.86, they did not honor that price they charged me a total of $269 which while reduced from their list price is not where near the price match they advertised. They made an excuse about shipping, which they advertise to be free though. I contacted them to readjust this and it was never adjusted so I was charged $269. On top of this this whole process caused my order to be delayed. I received a confirmation it shipped on Friday, June ** but according to UPS tracking was not shipped until today June [redacted]. So in summary my order was not correctly price matched, causing me to be charged more than I should have per their own websites advertisement AND my order was unnecessarily delayed and I was lied to about when it shipped.Desired Settlement: I want the difference between what I was charged and what I should have been charged refunded. That would be a refund of $55.14.

Our original sell price for the tent on this order is $299.95.
Customer submitted a price match request of $269.95 which was honored. (see email attached).
This order processed and shipped on June ** 2013 with the final total charged $269.00.
Review: On August [redacted] I purchased North Face hoodie from sunnysports.com. The hoodie was defective, unfortunately I knew this issue about a month later. I took contact with sunny sports customer service, and they agreed and sent me a return label. Since I sent my hoodie, I have not heard anything about it. In my calculation, it has been a more than 3 weeks since they received my returned item. I tried to make contact, but sunny sports customer service seems ignoring me. Even this hoodie's purchase information was taken out of my account.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. Thanks
