Sunny Shower Usa

I Ordered a seamless shower with a base. Called to confirm that they would fit together. Was assured they were made for each other. Base was way too small when it came. Called and was told nothing they could do and if I sent it back I would get charged $150 restocking fee.

I bought 2 shower glass doors on amazon from Sunny Shower one was *** x *** and the other was *** x *** On July 22nd I got a notification on Amazon that I received both my shower doors but I only received my *** x *** door. I emailed them that day and Sunny Showers told me that I would receive my door at the end of the day but I did not receive my door by the end of the day. The next day on July 23rd I emailed them again and they told me that they contacted Fedex who was delivering our package and they told me that Fedex was over drafted at the moment due to events partaking or country and told me to understand during these times and that they were going to deliver my package. I understood that with the events taking place in the world that this could be possible so I told them ok and waited 4 days. On July 27th I still did not receive my package so I contacted them again and then they told me that apparently my package was now damaged and that I had to go to amazon and accept their request to send me a replacement shower glass door. This could not be done because my contractor who is coming to my house to install my new shower was coming soon and given how long it took them to ship the door it would not have made it in time. So I wanted a refund and was just going to one of the retail stores and buy a new one. But when I requested a refund they told me that I have to now wait for the package to come to my house print their return label and then call a number that they gave me to have someone come and pick it up. The only problem with this is that I don't know where this package is and I have waited almost a week past the date that my Glass shower door was supposed to be delivered but it has yet to arrive.
