I have used Sunny Roofing for all of my roofing needs and highly recommend them! Our roof needed to be completely replaced due to a hail storm about years ago and the work and entire experience was seamless and very professional Several of our neighbors also used Sunny Roofing and were extremely satisfied! We are now in need of a new roof again due to the recent hail storm and Sunny Roofing will be the only way I go!
I don't usually write many reviews, but in this day and age when customer service is sometimes sadly lacking, I feel it's important to share a good company when you find one! :)
My experience with Sunny Roofing was an excellent one With some of the horror stories about roofers, I was skeptical, but they certainly took my fears out of the equation My first impression was with the office staff They were very friendly, professional and helpful They had a project manager call me the same day to set up an appointment to come out and look at my roof He had an estimate back to me within hours Once the contract was signed, the office called to let me know when the roof would be loaded and when the roofers would be on the job The roof was loaded when they told me it would be and the roofers showed up on time They did an excellent job, they were quiet, respectful of my plants in the yard, and picked up after themselves leaving no trash behind My project manager was out on the job twice making sure that the job was getting done property and on time I felt throughout this whole process that Sunny Roofing was on top of taking care of me My daughter has had the same experience with Sunny Roofing I would and do recommend Sunny Roofing to anyone

We are in contact with the customer. We are waiting for his response for a good time to come take a look at the kick-outs. We need to have daylight and no snow. Currently, we do not have a date set that we can come look at the work because of...
the weather. We will continue to work with the customer so when it is convenient for him and there is no snow we can schedule a time to come out.

The company has tried to schedule a time to come out, but my work schedule, snow, and the holidays have made it difficult to meet with the representative. I will continue to work with them to find a good time to come out to look at and address the issues. Although I am happy that they are now getting back to me about my request, it will ultimately be how the company deals with the issues that will determine if I am happy with their overall response.
