Our family hired Mr [redacted] from Baybridge to handle a foreclosure for my motherWe requested that a modification with lower interest rates be madeThis was on going for almost yearsIn the beginning a down payment was made and a promissory note to pay a set fee each month was signed and the payments paid In 2014, Mr [redacted] made the request of a $2,TRIAL retainer for the purpose of going to trial if need be and we have in writing that this is what the money is forAnd if no trial took place, the monies would be refundedThe words from Mr [redacted] were, why should I keep you monies if we have no trialThe case was completed with NO TRIAL When my husband contacted Mr [redacted] asking for the monies to be returned, he got irate with him and asked the courts to be released as the attorney for the case We have sent to Mr [redacted] a certified letter with the request of the trial retainer monies to be returnedAt this time, he has not responded, nor have we received the checkI have filed a complaint with the Florida Bar, the Revdex.com, put this review on and will advise everyone of the mistrust in Mr [redacted] You trust an attorney and get screwed in the end
Spoke with Mr [redacted] (a consultation on a Thursday), couldn't get a word in edge wise so I did not hire the firm right away as I had questionsSpoke to the legal assistant the next open day of business which for this firm is only Monday -Thursday and she informed me to send my questions via email - did so and never heard back Tried everyday for three days, two to three times a day to reach someone, no response only voice mailLeft vm messages A letter then arrives via email on Thursday in my inbox dated Wednesday - "we can't take your case - since time was of the essence and you were still undecided during the second conversation with our staff, the opportunity for our firm to take on your case has passed"Then the letter goes on to state he hasn't expressed any professional opinion, given no advise etcnot quite the truth! The bigger irony, the second conversation (finally the following Monday) - is when I was able to express my discontent at not having an opportunity to ask questions during the consultation and at that time was instructed to send in my questions An attorney that offers free consultation but doesn't give you the opportunity to ask questions and perhaps indicates time is of the essence to get you to sign with them - think twice before you take your next step This experience got me to research this firm a bit more and I stumbled across the Revdex.com review and I'm happy to say Mr [redacted] did me a favor - after reading the recent review of a client - I think ethics aren't what they should be with this firmHope this helps someone in the future one way or another
I am 74 years old and needed legal assistance with a foreclosure matter regarding my condo. I called to set an initial appointment and the very nice secretary got me in right away. Once I went in, I got to speak with a Mr. [redacted]. He was so thoughtful, he took 2 hours for this free consultation to answer every single question that I had. In my 74 years, I have never met a more helpful individual. Other attorneys barely gave me the time of day. But not Mr. [redacted] firm, they were all kind, courteous, and very helpful. I highly recommend anyone that is going through a foreclosure to go and see Mr. [redacted]. Thank you Mr. [redacted] for helping me at no charge and allowing me to be able to sleep at night again. Please also thank your wonderful staff! Sincerely, [redacted]

Tried everyday for three days, two to three times a day to reach someone, no response only voice mail. Left 3 vm messages.

An attorney that offers free consultation but doesn't give you the opportunity to ask questions and perhaps indicates time is of the essence to get you to sign with them - think twice before you take your next step.
