Sunny Carpet Cleaning

Review: I called this company to come clean the living room carpet and very small hallway. On the phone, I was told that the whole service (living room and hallway) would cost $69. When Sunny came to the apartment, he said it costs $25 extra for the tiny hallway, until I reminded him that he had told me otherwise on the phone. This should have been my first warning. He starts "cleaning" the carpets. Once Sunny finished, it looked like he had not washed the carpet and every single stain was still in the carpet. My dad asked him to please go over the stains one more time to make sure they are cleaned and go away. Sunny refused to go over the stains and rudely said that we would have to pay more money for him to go over the stains, completely disregarding any custom service. My dad said that he would not pay him if he refuses to go over the stains because the carpet looked in the same condition as it was before he "cleaned" it. When I spoke to Sunny, he verbally threatened me, calling me " a piece of st" and cursing in front of a 1 year child. He said that he would throw dirty water in the apartment building we rent. He said that he would come after us and sue us for no reason. We were forced to pay him and get Sunny out of our apartment because it was causing a disturbance in the apartment complex. We called the police to report this incident but it was too late since Sunny had left. We are very disappointed with this service and the disturbance he caused us. We want a full refund of our $69, so we can hire another company to clean our carpet.Desired Settlement: Please give us a full refund. We need to hire another company to re-clean the carpets since Sunny's Carpet Cleaning wasn't able to full fill their part of the bargain and would not go over the stains.
