Good experience overall, but SBV requires a $500 refundable security deposit which they promise to return 4-6 weeks after checkout. No reason I can think of that it'd have to take 4-6 weeks, but oh well - it's their policy. Received my security deposit after 2 phone calls and an email and nearly 7 weeks elapsed time post check-out.
