We sincerely apologize. I will mail out a letter to your home that you can send in to the credit bureaus. They will correct the problem. If your mailing address if the address you provided on your paperwork here at the dealership I will send it to that location. If not, please call into the dealership with a mailing address.

I am not accepting Nissan New Orleans so call solution to the problemm. No where on this card does it state another sales group is responsible or that cards are limited. I want the prize I won and nothing less. I was on time to claim the prize and that is what I want.

We do apologize, we have tried effortless to resolve this issue with the complainant. The vehicle is not in on-road condition so we here at Nissan of New Orleans are unable to sell a vehicle in that type of condition. We have made attempts to get the customer in a similar priced vehicle...

however our attempts did not meet the customers satisfaction in vehicle selection, and for that we apologize. If there is anything further we can do, please do not hesitate to come and see us.
