Review: I, [redacted], also a Veteran of the United States Army, took a Chrysler 300C Hemi to be completely painted and the glass tinted under Massachusetts State Law, I brought the vehicle to Sunline Auto on 11/**/13, after which I was afforded a rental car with Enterprise Car Rental in [redacted] under my insurance company, [redacted], for a maximum of 30 days. Not only has this time lapsed but the vehicle still isn't completed as said by the owner, [redacted] and as told to [redacted].Desired Settlement: Although [redacted] has offered to pay the overage of the rental, I feel he over charged me by getting 4400 from [redacted] and 600.00 cash as my deductible making the total 5065.79. I've suffered depression, anxiety, mental anguish, and time loss due to the incompetency of Sunline Auto, therefor, I'm not only requesting a billing change but also a cash refund of 1500.00 which would also cover the overage of the car rental, plus, completion of satisfactory service on the Chrysler 300C Hemi.

Sunline Auto has car rental in the amout of 2060.66, plus lost of hrs & wages. I have petetion the 6th District Court in [redacted] and am scheduled for a small claims hearing on 3/**/14@9:30 am. I'll see what the judge saids.
