Review: I purchased a new home in 2011 with the owner of this company as the contractor. I encountered several issues with the house after purchase and addressed the issues witht he contractor prior to the one year warranty that comes with new home. Only one of the initial issues was ever addressed and fixed and I feel that was only because it was an electrical issue that could have been a potential fire issue. THe major issue I have is with flooding in my basement in the southeast corner of the house, This has been an issue since prior to the first anniversary of my ownership. The window well fills with water and comes in around and through the window. There is also leaking under the bsement door, due to a basement door stoop that is not at grade and allows for water accumulation. I have documented with photos the water issues. I have contacted Mr. B[redacted] on numerous occasions over the past 2 years with no return of phone calls or effort on his part to fix this issue. I contacted county building inspector who informed me that there is a 5 year warranty on foundation issues which this is. THe bulding inspector has informed that Mr B[redacted] has not responded to his inquiries in refernce to the situation as well.Desired Settlement: Would like total repair of the flooding issue within the next month. 2 years has been way too long
