Review: My family purchased crypt interment services for my deceased sister [redacted] from Sunland in March 2015. The purchase included the installation of lettering with my sister's name on the crypt. The purchase was paid in full in March 2015. It now June 2015, three months later, and the lettering is still not installed. Sunland has failed to deliver and install the purchased lettering after an excessive time period. This is not acceptable to our family.Desired Settlement: Instal the purchased lettering of my sisters name on her crypt in a proper fashion as purchased immediately.
