Sunland, Inc. Asphalt and Sealcoating

Beware if your local government contracts with Sunland Asphalt to pave your street. If there is any damage to your vehicle due to their incompetent work, they will not compensate you. Make sure to take abundant photos and document the road hazards that place your personal property at risk. The only safety that concerns Sunland's Safety Director, Josheph Z[redacted] is preserving the safety of his own job. I sent in a description of the incident with photos of my auto damage and a [redacted] estimate for the required work. He treated me in a demeaning manner and repeated his mantra of non-responsibility over and over again no matter what I said. When I first called the company, I was told that they had no legal department. That's a red flag that should alert anyone to their practice of passing the buck onto someone else.
