After enclosing copies of everything that we give to our customers and showing where her error was, I was surprised to get another letter from the Revdex.comHowever, in an effort to show that we are always willing to do whatever it takes to help our customers and to address any of their concerns in a positive manner, I have mailed directly to MsMoss hard copies of our certificates to replace the ones that she is confused aboutI have included a copy of the letter that I sent to her which was mailed on the same day as this letter to you.
I hope that this will close this case for good.
