Review: I ordered a pair of ski goggles on 9/7 from this merchant (Sunglass Superstore) from their [redacted]. The merchant shipped me the wrong item (they shipped me the [redacted] instead of the [redacted] model that I ordered). I notified the merchant immediately upon receipt of the incorrect item. The merchant asked me to ship the item back and would reimburse the return shipping cost due to the mistake on their end. I shipped the item back with USPS for the shipping cost of $12.43 per the merchant's instructions and provided the tracking # is [redacted]. The merchant received the item on 9/16 and shipped the correct item (the [redacted] model) to me. I received the correct item on 9/23, but they do not fit me. In compliant of their return policy, I sent the [redacted] goggles back and got the full refund of the item price of $99 on 10/7, but not the $12.43 return shipping cost. I have escalated the matter to [redacted] but their policy only cover the item price, but not the shipping cost (even the merchant made the mistake in the 1st place). I then made 4 attempts to contact the merchant directly with email between 10/7 to 10/16 asking their reimbursement of the $12.43 per their original agreement, but received no response from the merchant. On 10/16, I received this response from the merchant "I am sorry about that. I thought I had reimbursed you". After 10 days, I still did not see the reimbursement to my [redacted] account. I then followed up with the merchant again on 10/27, then they replied and acknowledged that they will not reimburse the return shipping cost of $12.43 per their agreement becuase of the bad feedback I left at [redacted].Desired Settlement: Reimburse $12.43 to my [redacted] account
