This company is the worst They have the worst customer service and they just want to take your money If you were planning to buy from them, don't BUYER BEWARE and BEWORNED I placed an order on December 1st I reached out to them on December 9th, because the tracking showed that my package was out for deliveryAfter a few days, I reached out to their customer service department and they told me to give it time After another week, I reached out to them again and they said I need to reach out to the post office and find out what was wrong I pushed back and told them to figure out what was wrong I did not here back for days I had to follow up again They had the box shipped back to their office and they are now trying to tell me that I gave them the wrong address I gave them the correct address They are just trying to get over by charging me a restocking fee or pay for shipping twice They website says the following but they do not follow their own policy

I ordered sunglasses from this companyApparently one of them was backordered, so they held my whole order for weeks without informing meWhen I finally sent an email asking about the order, they immediately refunded the backordered sunglasses, and didn't notify me of which ones or why they were doing itI sent another email, because I wanted to replace them, not refund themI finally received a rude and short response from someone named Ana, who told me they would refund the shipping on a new order, no apologies offered for their errorWhen I asked what I would have to do to get the shipping, waived, she responded a day and half later telling me that I have to order first and then send an email, and they would refund the shippingThis would be fine, but I was taken aback by how unprofessional they were to me, how they put me out with their error and didn't apologize, and how they didn't even tell me how to get the shipping waived until I askedI told them that I would be taking my business elsewhere and they responded with a "Thank you!!!" Anyway, I guess teenagers run their business
Sunglass Spot is a rip off I placed an order for pairs of sunglasses on March 31, 2017, I receive an email confirmation April 1, with an USPS shipping confirmation that says the package was supposed to be delivered Saturday, April 8, Every time I track the package it says it's in transit but it's now April 11th and I still haven't received my sunglasses I emailed Sunglass Spot and they told me to check with my neighbors to see if someone got the package, WTF? Wouldn't the USPS tracking at least say the package was delivered even if it was delivered to a neighbor instead of meThey have said nothing about sending another sunglass order or refunding me my money I should have ordered through paypal and I wouldn't have to go thru this NEVER AGAIN Sunglass Spot NEVER AGAIN

Upon reviewing the email thread, I was told that I could keep the sunglasses for a refund, or wait 4-weeks for a replacementTheir customer service team then went back on their word in the very next email, claiming that this offer is not availableHowever, why was this offered to me in the first place? I have attached a copy of that email thread to this email for reviewThe way they have handled this issue is unprofessional and proves that they have terrible customer serviceThere was no apology after that and no reasoning with them at allWhen I requested to be in contact with a manager, she explained the offer "was not in their policy." Regardless, customer service still initially offered those options to me, before I was told this was not "policy." I understand companies must abide by the policies outlined for them, but the fact still remains that those options were written and offered, before anyone else mentioned anything about what is considered policyIf this was not within the company's policy, it should not have been offered in the first place.The purpose of customer service to provide support to the customerDealing with this situation has been exhausting and frustratingAs a customer service representative myself, I know that the customer's satisfaction is the number one priority, and that once we give our word on something, we must honor it

I must say I have been ordering for a month now I ordered over 30+ glasses and I am very happy so far to dateI did not have to call customer serviceVery happy with the service and the quality of the products that I purchasedSometimes it's best to experience things for yourself instead of always reading a review they are not always telling the truth
I shopped with this company before between 2015-and had no issues with themOrders were usually processed and shipped right away and arrived in about a weekRecently, I placed an order on April 4th and received an email the next day with a tracking # stating that my order was on the way For days, and weeks, the tracking # never updated, so I emailed the company and received a generic automated response email explaining that my order was processed and shipped and that the tracking # should update in about or more daysThey also said that it was the USPS who was responsible for scanning the packages and, if they didn't it was an error on their part and not the companyWell, the tracking # never updated after its "pre shipment" status and any other emails and private messages I sent the company were wholly ignoredI requested a refund, but received no response from themSo, now I never received the items I ordered about weeks ago and the customer service department is ignoring my attempts to contact them tio rectify this situationThey are very unprofessionalI will never shop with this company again and suggest that potential future buyers steer clear or shop at their own risk

I Love the styles, this is my first time ordering and my package was lost. Ive emailed, and basically they want me to go to USPS, Ive been on hold, its lost. Its not at my complex office. I'm in customer service. I know they can reship my order. Ill give a different address. I really want my sunglasses! I'm very disappointed

We have exchanged lengthy emails about the subject with the last email sunglassspot saying they'd get back to me but never have.Here is the email: Hi [redacted], we submitted a claim online at USPS.com, however, were told that decisions can take up to 30 days. We are still waiting to her the results of the claim. As you can see from the tracking, we sent your order and tracking shows it was delivered. We hope that USPS will provide a speedy resolution. I order from sunglass spot numerous of times and never had a issue my last order I didnt recieve 3 shades and email them got in contact with ANA and she was the rudest person I could have help me the mistake was on them and her responses I will not tolerate she was extremely rude told me take picture of box after I trashed it because I didnt notice the mistake till day of the event for which I purchase these for I was told send pictures which I was upset but still did I felt like I thought they think im lien mind you im loyal customer if they pull my file up so after I send the picture I notice I recieve 3 pairs I never order instead of my 3 so im sending the picture she telling me I recieved 11 items im like yes I did but did not recieve what I paid for and the fact that she going back and fourth I had to send her my order list which was common sense but she so busy worried bout me getting 11 item she didnt customer service me the right way im irate again ANA is horrible customer service is not your field...just going through review im sure they delt with someone like Ana you guys will only lose customer with the attitude
