These incredibly sexist and shady movers just picked up my family's piano and completely damaged it on the way to my friend's house only a few miles away. They charged me $50 to provide proof of insurance to my building. The movers robert martinez and nilton aymar--do not use them. They were talking about me as if I weren't there, they flashed a light on the piano and said "there are scratches", threw one blanket on top. I assumed they would pad it for the truck and instead she saw them unload with the same one blanket. The sides of the piano are completely destroyed. When I called to complain, the manager kang suk oh talked over me the entire time, when I cursed he then began to try to lecture me in korean and then hung up. Review: I've found that one box was missing after I moved using the service of this moving company. When I called to report it, the lady named [redacted] neglected my issue and said to go to the former house and check it again. She never considered the possibility they might make a mistake and was busy with self-defense. She ended the call saying she would let the movers who worked that day call me, but no one gave me a call after that.Desired Settlement: I want to get apology and refund approximately $60 covering the missing box.
