I am rejecting this response because:Sunfinity Solar contacted the DCU for a loan to do the solar project I personally did not contact them for a loan of any kind on my own Sunfinity took several months before contacting me that there was a problem with two loans on one property I found out myself that there was a problem when I looked at my credit report and found the loan and rebate charges Then because of there delay, Sunfinity, I was charged with two past due payments which I received from DCU Yes, Sunfinity did pay DCU, but they took to much time to take care of the problem My credit is still negative because DUC did not remove both missed late payments from my credit reports I faxed a Credit Report Direct Dispute Form on 10/17/ to DUC Sunfinity is incorrect with there information that I did not respond DUC did remove the loan but did not remove both missed payments from my credit reports Again, today 12/02/ I faxed DUC to remove the missed late payment from my credit reports They did not respond to e-mails before this Sunfinity needs to change there policies to protect there customers or many of them will not recommend there company to anyone They Sunfinity should of call as soon as they knew there were two loans on one property They created this problem for me, ones credit is more important today than everI did not buy properties on a hand shake like they did in the past
Please find attached a 2nd response to Ms***'s complaint
Sunfinity Solar regrets that Ms. [redacted] is not happy with her experience. With regard to Ms. [redacted]’s credit, Sunfinity Solar has not made any reports to credit agencies of past due payments. Those notices were reported by Digital Credit Union...
(DCU), which held the one original loan on one project. Sunfinity Solar arranged to pay off that loan directly, and DCU provided a form for Ms. [redacted] to complete and return to DCU to enable them to clear her credit record. Sunfinity Solar has no access to Ms. [redacted]’s credit information and cannot affect her record. When Sunfinity Solar presented the three systems to Ms. [redacted], two on her property and one on her son’s, we explained that she could only receive one solar tax credit, which is why we presented one loan (on which she would receive the tax credit) and two leases (in which the tax credit would be claimed by the lessor and passed on to Ms. [redacted] in the form of lower lease payments). Ms. [redacted] was clear on that reasoning when she signed the one loan and two lease commitments. Unfortunately, Sunfinity Solar erred by placing the two projects (one loan, one lease) on Ms. [redacted]’s property with two different financial institutions. Both attempted to lien her property when only one could perfect the lien. Upon realizing the situation, Sunfinity Solar explained the issue to Ms. [redacted] and she insisted on combining the two projects into one loan. Sunfinity Solar worked with the two institutions to effect Ms. [redacted]’s orders, with the result that the original loan and original lease were both reversed, and replaced with a single loan. Sunfinity Solar received the proceeds of the new loan and paid off the original loan (held by DCU) in full. Ms. [redacted] is still eligible to claim one tax credit as the separate finance agreements were combined into a single system, single contract price. The second tax credit, on her son’s property, is already factored into the lease on that project. There is NO third tax credit at this point, as the 2 systems on her home were combined into a single loan, therefore eligible for a single tax credit. Again, Sunfinity Solar regrets the difficulties Ms. [redacted] encountered in this process. We have acted in good faith throughout, working hard to correct the issue of involving two lenders in a single property by negotiating with both financial institutions to provide the solution (a single loan) that Ms. [redacted] desired. We paid off the original loan in full with all accumulated interest and fees, and believe that Ms. [redacted]’s continuing demands are unreasonable.

Sunfinity took several months before contacting me that there was a problem with two loans on one property. I found out myself that there was a problem when I looked at my credit report and found the loan and rebate charges. Then because of there delay, Sunfinity, I was charged with two past due payments which I received from DCU. Yes, Sunfinity did pay DCU, but they took to much time to take care of the problem. My credit is still negative because DUC did not remove both missed late payments from my credit reports. I faxed a Credit Report Direct Dispute Form on 10/17/16 to DUC. Sunfinity is incorrect with there information that I did not respond. DUC did remove the loan but did not remove both missed payments from my credit reports. Again, today 12/02/16 I faxed DUC to remove the missed late payment from my credit reports. They did not respond to e-mails before this. Sunfinity needs to change there policies to protect there customers or many of them will not recommend there company to anyone. They Sunfinity should of call as soon as they knew there were two loans on one property. They created this problem for me, ones credit is more important today than ever. I did not buy properties on a hand shake like they did in the past.
