Mr*** contracted for a fully functional solar system to
be installed on his home. Sunetric
installed a fully functional solar system on his home as contracted. To my knowledge Mr*** has no outstanding
claims regarding the functionality of the system, the installation, or
any
property damages.
His only claim
seems to be that it didn’t go has fast as he would have liked and that we
should have communicated better Approvals from *** or *** *** ***
can be difficult and rarely happen as fast as we would like. We have absolutely no reason to delay an
installation and every reason to expedite that installation. Even so, we listened to Mr*** and we
offered to pay a month of his electric bill as compensation for his perceived
loss of time. We mailed the check to Mr
*** and he refused to accept it. We
also reduced his final bill by $which included another month of
electricity and for his personal time he took off to meet us. This dollar amount was calculated by Mr
*** himself. He rejected that offer as
well. We honored the terms of the contract
and we would hope that Mr*** would do the same
