I requested a copy of my contract for tax purposes and to have personally. Employees were extremely rude over the phone. They have horrible customer service. I would speak kindly and a female employee would speak to me in a very threatening and intimidating manner. If she does not understand what I am saying, then that does not mean she has the right to speak to me so rudely. There are more professional ways to deal with not understanding a customer. Anyways, I would call and they would ignore my phone call. When they do answer, however, they would hang up, or they would keep the line open, but will eventually hang up. I have no idea why they are withholding this information. I definitely feel like I am being discriminated against for not being able to speak perfect English.
