We elected to go with Sun Edison for our solar needs, the instillation was great, the guys setting the panels were wonderful, however the process to get any information as to how I was setting up for payments to the company fell on deaf ears, every time I contacted the customer service (which is located out of the country) no one knew any thing, was lied to many times, and to finally try and reach a supervisor, which gave me no resolution at all!
