Revdex.com called and spoke with business and they stated that the cancellation policy is on website stating that they refund 80% of deposit if cancellation is more than 10 days prior to arrival.  The consumer cancelled 9 days prior to arrival.

boys came to office refund they want camping in Gorge Amphitheatre
Motel manager tell them cancel police is 24 hour. And they are back to room after 15 minutes back to office and complaint about Bug and refund. Motel manager check in the room and found dad battle from outside door. [redacted] and all friends said looks like a Burk. After 10 miniatures they are back to office again and complaint blood on sheets motel manager back to room and found that is red color punch, that punch still wet. After 20 minute they are left and one boy stay. He said sorry, he don’t want camp.
 
This room has been rent 28 times before they are cheek in also after then rent again 14 times but we do not have any problems
Her mother was unaware of this fact. and she been complaint to Booking.com (on line reservation through them) and they are bank but both were dismissed this case.
 
Motel can not refund this case.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  The manager's story is inconsistent with my daughter's story and I believe my daughter.  The picture shows that the bug was on the bed.  The manager seems to imply that the kids spilled punch on the mattress, but I believe their story.  They called me from the room in distress about the bug and the stain on the mattress.  They wondered if they should call the police.  They did NOT go camping after leaving the motel.  They drove over half an hour to a different motel and stayed there.  I know I won't get a refund, but I do want a record of the unsanitary conditions at the motel and the unhelpful behavior of the management.  I have reported the conditions at the motel to the Washington State Department of Health.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: A concert was cancelled and wasn't contacted by the concert, found out about the concert cancellation through Facebook. The hotel said there are no refunds. Bought hotel room through Hotels.com and they too said there was no refund because Hotels.com is a portal and are in no way connected. $98.90 is what was charged to us 21 days before staying at the hotel. Now I have to pay for services that weren't rendered.Desired Settlement: A refund of the monies because services were not provided.
