Review: I ordered curtains in March from 3 Day Blinds. it is now August and they are still not properly installed. They send Sundown blinds to do the installation and I have had 2 separate technicians out at least 6 times. There are several large holes in my walls because the installers don't measure/level first! They don't bring anything to patch the holes even though it is their responsibility to patch and paint. The customer service representatives at 3day and Sundown are rude, unhelpful and incompetent. I have had to ask for a supervisor to handle my order and even that person dropped the ball. Sundown has absolutely no clue what is going on. Every time they call me to schedule an appointment I ask if they have the order correct before they get here, they say yes and schedule a 4 hour window where I have to take off work. When they show up either the order is wrong, they don't have the tools etc.Desired Settlement: I want to have a different installer handle the work. I want a credit for installation and the damages done to my wall, as well as the time I have had to take off in order to handle this, and the rods that are damaged. I am also filling a complaint with 3 day.
