Ms*** gave us her forwarding address in PhoenixWe mailed her deposit to her, certified on 3/10/16, within a timely mannerMs*** informed us after the fact that she did not move to that locationI gave Ms*** the tracking number for the certified mailThe envelope was returned
to us yesterday - I contacted Ms*** to update her and let her know we were re-certify mailing it to her new corrected address yesterday. It is Ms***'s responsibility to forward her mail or provide correct forwarding mail information to us.
Sundial communicated with Ms*** throughout - Ms*** is very hostile/rude and consistently threatens/abuses the staff
Sundial followed the procedures of returning her deposit
Ms*** has not been "scammed" - she paid rent for the home she resided inAt one time, she stated we double charged her- we provided her ledger and receipts to show her the accounting error was on her side (she had an NSF check she did not account for therefore she believed she paid rent twice)Ms*** received a partial refund of her security deposit minus the items she damaged or did not clean. Ms*** was provided a chance to do a walk thru with me and she choose not toMs*** signed a lease, and a day notice agreeing to clean and pay for damagesAir filters, lightbulbs, etc ARE the residents responsibilityIn addition Ms*** left a huge pile of garbage on the front lawn; this community has an HOA and this would be a violation of the CCR's & Rules of the Community
Diana is the only person who lacks communication skills Have not been rude to any staff, just here she scamed me out a thousand dollars and some change at the beginning of my lease termI will be submitting those and other documents to the Arizona Real Estate Board for my complaint against herThat's is why she is so upset and tried to retaliate by going to Home Depot buying items that she claim were broken or mistreated without any proofI asked her to provide photos of any damages and she cannotHer changing locks, filters, replacing light bulbs ectAre miscellaneous things that I am not responsible for Just the cleaning of the carpetI will not be replying to any thing MrsC*** has to say any more
