I have told customer numerous times that the pressure washing is not the cause of her paint peeling. There are numerous reasons her paint could be peeling, pressure washing not being one of them. I told customer in my professional opinion it is due to very low quality paint, which is not uncommon in new construction. Every area of the outside of this home was peeling, including railings, doors, shutters, overhangs soffits. Customer also stated the poor quality of paint used inside of her home. Also, in addition to the quality of the paint, improper caulking is a factor in this as well. Pressure washing is used to remove dirt, grit and caulk residue. I personally went out to look over entire house and found no damage due to pressure washing. We have completed all work that we were hired to complete, and have not received payment.
