I cannot say enough good things about Bullion Coatings. They coated my pool deck two years ago and it came out looking beautiful. However, as with all concrete surfaces, it has now developed a few small cracks. I called Jonathan *** to ask him to come out and look at the situation, and he did. He recommended I have the deck pressure washed to remove any dirt in the cracks (even recommending the best person to do the pressure washing), after which he would paint the cracks with sealer to protect them. It has now been done, and Jonathan did it gratis. That is what I call standing behind your product.

It is great to do business with an ethical company! I cannot recommend Bullion Coatings enough. They resurfaced my pea-gravel pool deck in 2007. This year I wanted to update my pool deck with ***. Bullion Coatings gave me a proposal based upon the 2007 measurements of my pool deck. I agreed and they did the work. About one month later I realized that I had made changes to the pool and pool deck that reduced the size of the pool deck. I called them and they came out and measured my pool deck. Indeed, it was now 8% smaller than in 2007. They refunded to me 8% of the contract price.
I should also mention that the caliber of the work and work crew were excellent. The crew even worked on Sunday to finish the job so it would be done before my out-of-town guests arrived.
