I was called by husband of address to pump septic tank I told him my truck was in the shop & that I will get it done before the end of the year he never called to let me know that he used someone else which I understand because of truck in shop if that dollars bill is cause of this letter
let her know that it can be forgotten all they would of had to do is call back not go to this extreme.Thank you, Roy F

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I do not agree that they told my husband their truck was broken and they'd get to our tank by the end of the year.  However, they are willing to forgive the $!20, I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
