I bought the product because the ad specifically stated No subscription. I have 4 charges in 2 days totalling almost 400$

I purchased a product from this company weeks ago and still have not received my merchandise. The website and phone number are invalid.
I purchased a Sunday-Nu Anti-aging cream on Janurary 20, 2020. My confirmation stated that the product would be shipped in 1 business day and would arrive in 3-5 business days. I have not received anything from this company. When I went to the website to check on my purchase the site is down and the phone number is not working.

Ordered product at reduced price for 1 time purchase then fraudulently enrolled in subscription
I ordered an anti aging face cream from a Facebook ad from Sunday Nu in January. The ad stated it was a 1 time purchase for $7. I received the product in a few days. I then received another jar this week and was charged $79.99 on 2/11/20. I called today to cancel and the woman named Rose informed me that I had agreed to the subscription when I made the initial order. I never sign up for any of these ongoing subscription things and never would have ordered it if that had been stated in the initial Facebook ad.

2nd time unauthorized debit, after my card was cancelled, 10 days after first unauthorized one.
2-17-20 unauthorized debit $164.98 , 10 days after 1st unauthorized debit $152.98 , no communication from phone call won't answer or emails have sent 6-8. Reported to bank. Need BOTH refunded, never ordered . Scam company

Lack of response
I order a "pay only shipping" sample in January. I received another shipment this month that was unsolicited. I have called and sat on hold for over an hour at a time several times, I have emailed them in detail several times all requested to cease and desist sending me products and charging. They do not respond at all

Fraudulant charge
I purchased a trial offer for $12.00 for their product. Fourteen days later my bank account was charged $152.98 for a subscription that I was not aware of. I called their customer service line and the rep refused to return my money and told me to refer to their terms and conditions. They have scammed several people and taken advantage of them.

Ended up with a subscription ordering from them, but saw nothing stating I was signing up for a subscription.
Took $150 out of my account and when you call number to cancel no one answers.

Advertising scam offering trial price $7 and then charging bank account $152
Ordered trial skin care product foe $7. Never received a confirmation email and then found a charge of $152 to my bank account. Tried to reaxh out, no response to phone number and email comes back as undeliverable. The website does not indicate an full charge amount will be applied. False and unclear advertising, no where did I consent to a different charge other than $7 or a agreed to a subscription.

Continue to bill me for product I didn't receive or order.
I ordered 2 items from this company off of a Facebook ad. I was billed $12 for the 2 items. A few weeks later they billed my credit card $152.98 for no reason. No where in the ad did it State that this was a subscription order & I would be billed monthly. My credit card company did reverse the charge. Now two weeks later they are trying to bill me $164.98 for nothing. I have received no further product from them. This is fraud.

I bought a facial lotion for $7.00. They did charge me $7 but then charged me $72.99. When I try contacting them there is no answer via phone or messenger. I have had to cancel my credit card and wait for the fraud department to do an investigation. I hope to get refunded the amount. They did not state they would taking any additional fees or charges at the time I placed my order. I did not agree to pay anything else or sign up for anything.

Tried to get refund not responding but they keep billing me twice billed total $317.00
tried to cancel before 10days were up but they won't respond.
Tried several times to cancel order.they won't answer my messages or my emails. I want my 317 dollars back.

This company charges you for fake products and do not even say that you are subscribed. They said all you paid is for the shipping which isn't true.
Sunday Nu is fraud. They charge customers for subscription that you did not sign up for. The ad says it's 90%off and free shipping. Yet they say you paid for shipping and not the product and then charges you 153.00 for fake products. And you are subscribed for a year which is not shown on your original bill. It is a SCAM. No one answers their phone and they have no voicemail to leave a message. I have reported the fraud to my credit card company and is asking to reverse the charges.

Billed without notice. Unable to get in touch for refund.
They are NOT upfront or clear about how this wonderful free trial works. Never received any follow up indicating that I would be charged additional money. Now they are not responding to requests for refunds. And I fear they will continue to bill me because there's no log in or account capabilities in order to cancel! I can't afford this!

On Jan 25, 2020 I ordered a face cream that stated I would only have to pay $7 for shipping. There was no fine print or any other wording about being put on autoship or having to pay full amount if not return within so many days (I always look for these because, obviously I don't want surprises). Today my account was charged an additional $72.99 that I did not authorize. I have tried contacting the company by phone and email with no response. I also notified my bank and cancelled the specific card.

This company is a fraud and went into my bank account and stole money from me and hundreds of others. They are thiefs and are scamming people
This company advertised a face cream at 90% off and free shipping. I paid a total of 13 dollars for my order. About 2 weeks after that purchase I got an unauthorized charge of 152.00 from my debit card. I realized it was this fraud company who stole my money. They do not honor their 60 day money back guarantee they do not answer the phone on file. They have stolsn money from me and hundreds of people who fell for their scam.

I like many others recieved the advertised product, after less than a month a huge charge was taken from my bank account, I can't reach these people

I ordered a sample for $7.00 ,recieved it in the mail on or about 1/23/20 ,on 1/6/20 my account was charged $72.99.No one will answer my calls into the company ,I am instructed to leave a message and no one returns my call. Am returning the orginal cream also.
