July 10, 2015. Tenant would need to address those charges to the Realty Company. In realtion to the property lines on the property the Association does not have official documentation per individual homeowners as to their specific deed and property lines. Tenant would need to either contact the property owner or view the deed through property research on the Maricopa County Assessors site for accurate lines of delineation between properties. The Association would be willing to meet the tenant at the property to discuss maintenance issues with the property.
