I rent a property managed by Sundance of Floridathe lack of Respect towards the clients, the lack of customer service and responsibility is beyond wordsI had an issue with the property I rented, the A/C broke a Friday night since I couldn't get to anybody on the emergency phone I paid for the repairI reported the incident on Monday and three weeks later I had to follow up on my refund, to my surprise this person who is the owner and president *** *** is a very disrespectful womanShe called me a Liar and they are not going to refund for what I paidI did my investigation with another renters that are renting from them and their experience was horriblethey showed me complaint letters and review sites on the internet with horrible and very negative commentsthis business is very poor and low class, I would never recommend this place
