In our collection notes we have spoken with Mr. [redacted] multiple times from October 2009 through December 2010 about his account. Starting with how pleased he was with Sundance Meadows then in November 2009 how he had just been laid off from his job, offering to do irrigation or landscape work in trade. He had been offered to "buy-out" of his agreement, but never followed through with sending the payment for that and signing the paperwork necessary. In December 2010 he told us he hadn't forgotten about us and was still not in a position to be able to pay and we was denied an extension of unemployment benefits.
