operation of equipment. I went to the site within hours of the demanded response and corrected a owner/ operator caused issues. Had this problem continued which it would have due to the equipment being left running the pump would been severely damaged. The manufacturer does not cover damage caused in this way and if a service representative were to be made aware the pump being run in the condition that existed upon arrival the pump warranty would be nullified. The customer agreed to pay for this service and the previous invoice as well when we next met to explain the problems, but now refuses to meet or pay. When they asked for or demanded services they were provided, but to date they refuse to pay for what they have received. Nothing more will be provided or done for them until full payment is received.    Tell us why here...
