We have a formal product warranty and claims procedure which includes submitting to [email protected] photos of the product issue before the customer rectifies the situation. Since this was not done, it is difficult for us to make any assessment as to whether there was a
manufacturing issue or something related to the installation causing the alleged issueIn addition, we are unable to submit the claim to our own vendors and seek their supportIn this instance, we will go ahead and credit the customer for the labor amount requestedBut customers should be filing claims through our product warranty procedure before filing complaints on the Revdex.comOur product warranty department was not made aware of this claim prior to the Revdex.com complaint
