Sundance at Plantation

Mgmt company will not fulfill request for laundry card. Mgmt company recently issued parking passes, but will not allow me to set up appt to obtain.
After moving in three months ago, I have yet to obtain a laundry card. Onsite laundry facilities were a guarantee in my contract, but I have not been able to get a hold of mgmt company to get a card, despite many calls and emails and even midday walk-ins (which take me away from my workplace). Mgmt office has never been staffed when I tried to visit.
Recently, I was given notice that I would need to make an appointment with the mgmt company to obtain a parking pass so I am not towed from the parking lot. I called and tried to set up an appointment, as we were told to do in the guidelines. However, I was unable to reach anyone at the office (again). I took a day off work to walk in to the office, and was STILL unable to reach anyone at the office. I called the mgmt company and the woman on the line was immediately hostile with me and told me I would have to call back another time to set up an appointment.
