Contractor threatened me with lien against house if I did not pay him soon

I’m submitting this as I would like this case be re-opened for reviewI feel their rating should be re-evaluated.My main concerns are all the allegations being made against me and again basically calling me a liar and saying a lot of what has occurred never took placeI am also very upset that they submitted a contract to you that is not the one we signed and that my name is forged on itI cannot believe that they have taken this to this extremeAs mentioned I don’t care about the or them filing a lien on my property even though I have a signed lien waiver.Enclosed is paperwork supporting documentation that what Suncrest is alleging in their response to you is inaccurate and that what I have stated will support my statementsI have made notes on suchEnclosed are testimonies from people that have witnessed conversations.I realize this is a lot to take in and may be hard to follow, I’ve tried to simplify as best I couldI would be more than happy to come in and talk with whomever in order for you to have a better understanding if need be.They are presently still advertising an AAA rating with the Revdex.com even though it went down to an A-.Added to this, after project was completed I now find that the way the roof was constructed I’m having problems with the rain/drainageApparently the way the gutter, rain guards, and fascia covering is constructed it is not sufficientThey have been out 2x since and each time it not only looks worse but also the problem gets worseI have estimates to either fix the problem @or to completely as it should be @ I can submit estimates if you’d likeIn addition I now find the color of the material on the roof is in two different colors and the lattice is coming apart from what few brackets they attached them toThey are aware of the water problem, however I do not want them trying to fix for a 3rd timeDue to all the issues I have had with Suncrest I prefer not to communicate with them any longer.Above are links to the gutter/rain issues.Thanks for your attention to this matter and feel free to contact me anytime
