I bought a Country Ham Hock 12oz in a plastic wrap on April 9, 2016. It had Lot# 06116 printed on it. Upon opening it, I found that there was a thin slice of lean country ham meat wrapped around a bone covered mainly with fat. It was packaged so that it looked like it was a fairly lean piece of ham hock.
Ordinarily, I purchase their country ham Chunk product, which is fine. But, I will not be purchasing their ham hocks anymore.
