At our house here in Plano, before we met Don we had an independent handy man putting in new flooring but he was called away couldn't finish by the deadline for when we had to move back into our our houseWe only had two days left before time to move in and 3/4's of the house still needed new flooringWe found Don *** on the internet and he had a crew start the next day and finish our floors in days and the work was absolutely greatBetter than we expectedAlso Don was very helpful in recommending the right flooring for our kitchenWe had selected the wrong flooring before we met Don
Then a few months later the hail came and totaled our roof and window screensDon replaced the roof and screens within a couple weeks and the work is superb, better than we expected and he didn't nickle and dime us to death or charge extra for some things that popped up needing replaced and didn't raise the price
We don't know anything about home repairsAnd we are leary of contractors and don't trust them because we had a very bad experience with one in the pastBut we found Don *** to be professional, honest, dependable, friendly, competent, knowledgeable, understanding, helpful to us making the right selection on materials and repairs, and we found we can trust him
We see no reason to look further than Don *** for home repairs because he has gained our trust and the work is excellentAnd his pricing is reasonable too, lower than some estimates we got
