My Company " [redacted] " has been working for Suncoast Property Management for almost two yearsWe deal primarily with [redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] Mrs [redacted] and Mrs [redacted] handle the turns and the work orders respectivelyThey are extremely organized and detail oriemtatedThey do have strict guidelines pertaining to the quality of work, as well as deadlines to be completed for turns and or repairsTheir attention to detail is what makes their mandates possibleThe biggest concern for any vendor is timely paymentMrs [redacted] dismisses any concern over suchThe Payments are always thereAt Times she has reminded me of invoices that I have forgotten aboutTheir is no doubt in my mind that If I had the available resources to purchase properties to rent or flip that I would use Suncoast Propertis to manage them

I just moved in my new place thanks to ***, I don't think I could have found a better leasing agent to work with! Everyone else I have had to deal with getting in and situated has been great as well, so glad I found this place!

I'm an Administrator at Temple Christian AcademyOne of our families was in need of a washer and dryerWe were able to get both for them, only to find out a had to be installed for the dryerWe contacted Suncoast Property, I spoke with [redacted] I explained the situation to her, my first call back from [redacted] was not successful, but [redacted] didn't give up [redacted] contacted the owner and the next call I had received from her, was that she was going to be able to get the installed for the dryer and the washer drain fixedI truly feel [redacted] went above and beyond what was expected [redacted] probably doesn't even know the Blessing she was to this family right here at Christmas!

this company is very lazy on help you with issues that the house you are rentthe send unlicensed works to fix things that need repair at your housewe had roof leak and it take almost months before some one will look at it

I had a terrible experience with this agencyIt was slow to repair my house when neededThe property was being sold without informing me of upcoming saleThe property manager was rude and obnoxiousI simply wanted to pay my rent in a timely mannerI had to send my rental payment by certified mail to make sure it was properly documented as received by due dateI would not recommend the agency to anyone

I explained the situation to her, my first call back from [redacted] was not successful, but [redacted] didn't give up. I got a house from this company in feb of this year and oh where do I begin it's been a complete nightmare I gave my deposit as I was told to move in but yet it two 3 weeks after they had my money to move in then when I move in the house was full of rats they destroyed my food left droppings everywhere and guess who had to pay to get someone to get rid of them? Me..the rats was getting inside because there was holds inside of the house leading outside that they did not fill now I have dead rats stuck in the wall and the smell is horrible who has to live with that? Me and do they want their money? Yes to make matters worst I now have human feces and urine in my backyard because everytime me and my family use the restroom it goes in the backyard horrible company before you take someone's money and put a house up got rent maybe you should fix it first

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Suncoast they are a great company to rent with.
