Dear *** ***Regarding Complaint by *** ***Complaint ID: ***About a year ago, *** *** brought his motor in to be tom down to check if there was evidencewhich indicated a rock strick, which would be covered by his Insurance companyWe called theinsurance agent to find out how much
they wanted us to do to give the proof needed.We tore down engine and the adjuster came to inspectHe said that he found nothing to indicateengine blowing up due to rock Impact so he was going to again deny the claimThe agent said that theclaim had been denied even before the boat had been brought In and this was just an additional checkfor the insurance to make sure that the claim should be deniedWe followed the instructions of theinsurance adjuster.After the compliant we followed up with the Insurance agent again to make sure that there was no faulton Suncity's partAgain he said the insurance company was denying the claim because the boat was notinsured for the damage, it was insured for rock Impact damage.We called Mr*** and said we were shocked that he wouldn't have come to us first to discuss theissue before going to Revdex.comWe are always willing to help our customers but we can no control over hisinsurance and what they deem as their liability.Cory O***Owner
