Review: I purchased a Sunbrite 72" LED F-Series V3 wifi lighting fixture from Aquarium Specialty in Columbia, SC 12 months ago (August 2013). I am experiencing a problem with the control box/unit. I have been trying to reach someone at Sunbrite (for approximately one month) to discuss repairing or replacing the unit which is currently under warranty . My efforts to contact Sunbrite via phone, text, email and fax have all failed. My aquarium is currently in the dark. I have also contacted Aquarium Specialty for assistance in this matter. Neither of us have received help and the one year warranty is about to expire.

Product_Or_Service: Sunbrite F-Series V3 Power SupplyDesired Settlement: Initially I wanted the light to be repaired or replaced. Now I would prefer a refund due to the lack of customer service and fear of this same issue in the future.
